How to use: First, stand under the equipment, hold the horizontal bar above with both hands, palms facing outward, and arms straight. Then, use the strength of your arms to lift yourself up until your jaw almost touches the bar, and then slowly lower your body.
Note: Do not use your arm strength to pull yourself up; use the strength of your back and shoulders. When you are unable to complete a full movement, you may complete it by slowly decelerating your body in order to reduce the load on your muscles and avoid injuries.
How to use: Sit on the apparatus with your feet flat on the floor and your hands holding the armrests on both sides. Tilt your body forward with the power of your abdomen until your upper body is close to the ground, and then slowly return to the original position.
