A2: For a site less than 300 square meters, guests can install it by themselves. We will provide professional installation instructions and videos. For equipment larger than 500 square meters, it is recommended to ask our professional installer to charge for installation.
A3: We provide a one-year warranty. Within one year, in addition to the wearing parts (such as screws, springs, etc.), if there is any quality problem, we are responsible for providing the product to be replaced. For products that are artificially damaged, you can purchase replacements from us.
A4: We have a professional TUV inspection certificate, in line with ASTM standards, product design and production are by ASTM requirements
