What determines the price?
Area, height, attraction mix, materials and installation scope affect the quotation. Share your floor plan and budget, and ask the team to clarify equipment, shipping and installation costs separately.
Can you work with my venue and theme?
Vasia develops the layout around venue dimensions and project requirements. Send columns, entrances, ceiling height and any preferred theme so the team can discuss feasibility.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the final design, production scope, destination and installation arrangements. Discuss these stages and your planned opening date before confirming an order.
What should I send first?
A floor plan or dimensions, clear height, country, target ages and planned opening date. If you have a budget or preferred equipment, include those too.
Can I start with a smaller venue or a phased project?
Share the usable area, height and expansion plans. Ask the team to review a suitable activity mix and whether a phased layout is practical. Minimum dimensions and feasibility depend on the equipment and site conditions.
Will the equipment meet requirements in my country?
Tell the team your destination and intended equipment. Request the applicable reports and their scope. Equipment documentation does not replace local building, fire, accessibility or operating approvals; confirm these with the relevant local professionals.
What else should I include in my opening budget?
Plan for venue preparation, shipping and duties, installation, local approvals, staffing and opening marketing alongside the equipment. Use local demand research and an operating budget to assess your project.
